That is so sweet. We never had any thumb suckers. I always think it's cute/handy(because you don't have to constantly look for the pacifier) while they are little, but I guess as they get older it's harder to get rid of.

One of the boys, Wes I think loved his blanket, so much that one year all of the neighborhood boys were vampires with capes for halloween but he tied his blanket around his neck and went as "blanket boy".

Our kids have always had their own blankets, even now we all have our "own" blanket that we like to use. We're weird.

We have all of these animals with blankies that come out of thier bottoms, the kids don't care for them at all even though they are supposed to be safer. I am worried about the thumb sucking because I was a finger sucker for way too long and because your fingers are permanently attached (unless you are TB).

I think Blanket Boy sounds way cooler than a run of the mile vampire. Was he a blood sucking blanket boy?

Todd and I have our own blankets we use so I won't be surprised if our kids do. I just don't want Bailey to come and watch a movie with a dish towel.

Oh my gosh. It took me a second to figure out what TB was, then diet soda snorted out my nose!!

The Butt Blanket Animals don't sound very appealing to me either!

Trust me there are worse things than being attached to a dishtowel. Much worse!

Sorry about the soda pop, it never tastes any good when it comes back out of the nose.

Your blanket boy comment reminded me of some pics I took of Cooper playing with one of his blankets. The pictures don't do it any justice. He was making all of these noises and cramming the blanket into his face and mouth and laughing.
