Some of my Favorite Recent Shots

Todd standing in front of the Vietnam War Memorial in Washington, DC. Whenever we go to DC we come here. On this particular morning we went at 7:30 am while my brother in law and his family were still sleeping and we were the only people there. It was pretty powerful to be their by ourselves in front of this wall with all of these people's name on it who gave their lives for their country. I highly recommend visiting the wall even if you've been there before.
My beautiful blue eyed nephew at my brother's high school graduation.
Bailey asleep before her uncle's high school graduation.
My niece and nephew having a grand ole time at Gettysburg.
Gotcha, Brandon.
"Not again Mom. Another ENTIRE day in my stroller, you've got to be kidding me!!"

This is what happens when you bring a 5 year old girl from Phoenix to Washington DC. She was in awe of all the sticks. As anyone would be.

Bailey Talks!! (Ok, Not Really)

This is my first attempt at uploading video on Blogger and I don't think it is terrible though the quality is a little distorted. But those of you who have never met her will get the idea I think. She babbles like this several times a day and I just love it. Cooper is doing the same thing right now but he doesn't ever do it for the camera.

Hershey

We went to Hersheypark Penn. when my brother-in-law and his family were here.
It was a really pretty park and everyone seemed to have a good time. Todd and our neice, Ella.

Our neices, Jaidyn and Haley, with the twins.
Look what sunscreen does to baby fine hair!
Ella holding Coop.

See the double stroller? We didn't use it for anything but carrying sweatshirts and bags. The babies were spoiled rotten and didn't spend any time in there at all.

First Day at the Pool

Last Sunday in addition to eating green beans for the first time, we also took the twins to the pool for the first time. It was a big hit and they slept really well that night!!

First Attempt at Semi-Solids

So we started Coop and Bailey on semi-solids a few weeks ago, just Rice cereal though. Bailey couldn't stand it so after a few days we took a few weeks off. Then this past Sunday we tried Green Beans, both babies love 'em (as do their parents, however in the less goey form). All week they have been gobling the green beans down, next Squash or Carrots?

By the way, we do have bibs. We just got so excited about thier first time that we forgot to use them.
